By understanding what matters most to our customers, we mapped out an onboarding journey that added value, offered support and engaged different customers in different ways.

Some like a free coffee, others love a car wash, some like to pay in their app and everyone loves a saving when they can get it. The programme identified the right levers to pull for the right customers.
