THE JOB

A lot of older New Zealanders use copper broadband. Unfortunately, this technology is slowly being shutdown across New Zealand to make way for newer, better connections like Wireless and Fibre. So we needed to encourage people to take action to change their broadband to get them ready for the future.

OUR HUNCH

People don’t like change, especially the older audience we needed to help migrate. Empathy is key, so show them how it will help them.

SOLUTION

We created a suite of comms that announced the change, reminded them and gave them reassurance that this was for the best – so they can keep doing the things they love online.

JOB DONE

Three years into the rollout, we’ve helped to migrate thousands of customers. And now Spark has a set of comms they can batch, set and send as they work through the shutdown.
