THE JOB
Spark had decided to sell it’s content platform, Lightbox to Sky TV. Part of the deal meant migrating as many customers as possible to the new platform. So we were tasked with helping customers say ‘goodbye’ to Lightbox and get stuck into Neon instead – without losing them along the way. But the challenge was, due to sharemarket sensitivities, we needed to set up the project with a tiny team - in secret.

People love to try before they buy.
SOLUTION
Knowing that people buy great shows, not platforms, we let Neon’s range of award-winning shows and blockbusters speak for themselves. But we worked together with legal to deliver a three week trial so customers get their binge on, on us - and easily opt out if they weren’t feeling it.
JOB DONE
Customers were hooked, we kept most customers in the new platform and transitioning from Lightbox to Neon went off without a hitch.
