The backbone award.

What is the Backbone Award? 

We once knew an amazing man called Squeeze who said this: “what we need here is a little less wishbone and a lot more backbone”. And it’s as relevant today as it was back then.

Everyone here at hunch works hard. But every now and then, someone goes that little bit further. Whether it’s mucking in to help, putting in extra hours when it gets busy or volunteering for the coffee run each day, small agencies like ours rely on people going the extra mile.

So at the end of each quarter, we all put our thinking hats on and nominate someone for the Backbone Award.

This quarter just gone saw Millie pick up the award, bagging her the coveted Backbone trophy and a special dinner out with someone, well, special.
